She is just the most gorgeous thing - and what a beautiful photo with Mark. You are looking incredibly well, Janice and I having a little bout of homesickness as this sort of street is what I miss (and it's raining here and Villalobos doesn't do rain particularly well!) Hope Izzie is feeling better soon, but I think you've all enjoyed her being a little under the weather! Axxx
I understand about the homesickness bit Annie.... somehow, although I know I am looking forward to the endless blue skies and wall to wall sunshine, I know that after a few weeks i will be thinking fondly of wet, or at least damp Yorkshire stone, glistening under grey skies. Izzie is fine now, and as you can see from the photos, she wasn't exactly suffering on her day with us. Jxxx
Isn't it lovely being a grandmother? Izzie is just adorable...very photogenic. I'm sure she soon felt a lot better after spending the day with her grandparents xxx
Oh, Izzie is a gorgeous little Tot, Janice. What a blissful day you had, and you look wonderfully well there, pushing the buggy. Great photo of Grandad too. Grandparenting is simply the best!!
I have to admit to enjoying the grandparenting bit far more than I expected... I just cant believe that the oldest ones are now 6....where have those years gone ?
Izzie seemed to perk up in your care. You'll need to watch out; if word gets around the rest of your grandchildren might prefer a day with you than one at school! ;o)x
Such a darling, darling girl your Izzie is, Janice, and methinks Mark is just as adoring of Izzie as she is of him. Then, there is that very lovely grandmother pushing the buggy. This whole post makes me smile with joy.
What a little charmer she is. :-) I just love the one of her and Mark and also the one of you with the stroller. A shame Izzie wasn't feeling on top form, but that didn't stop you having a wonderful day with her.

Hello Janice,
ReplyDeleteWell, what fun you had in spite of Izzie being under the weather. When serendipity strikes, it is best to make the most of it.
And, clearly Izzie loves the attention of her grandparents. The first image is particularly delightful. Happy days!
I love that photo of Izzie with Mark...it sums up Izzie's adoration of her grandfather.
