We read |
We visited the Hospice shop where I work.
and then we fed the ducks.
Then a walk home... with me pushing the newly acquired nana's buggy ( needless to say, re-homed from the hospice shop).
Returning to blogging after a 7 year gap.....still in Caunes for half the year and still in Yorkshire for the other half.
She is just the most gorgeous thing - and what a beautiful photo with Mark. You are looking incredibly well, Janice and I having a little bout of homesickness as this sort of street is what I miss (and it's raining here and Villalobos doesn't do rain particularly well!) Hope Izzie is feeling better soon, but I think you've all enjoyed her being a little under the weather!

I understand about the homesickness bit Annie.... somehow, although I know I am looking forward to the endless blue skies and wall to wall sunshine, I know that after a few weeks i will be thinking fondly of wet, or at least damp Yorkshire stone, glistening under grey skies.

And, clearly Izzie loves the attention of her grandparents. The first image is particularly delightful. Happy days!

ReplyDeleteI have to admit to enjoying the grandparenting bit far more than I expected... I just cant believe that the oldest ones are now 6....where have those years gone ?
DeleteThere is something special between a little girl and her Grandad and this is clearly visible in the photo. Hope she is feeling better now.
